Return & Exchange
Returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days of the recipient:
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sealable, with original tags and packing.
- An item bought on sale can't be returned/exchanged with another item.
Exchanges are permitted only under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged or incorrectly delivered.
- The item is no longer in stock.
Detailed criteria for damaged items include:
- Physical damage to the product.
- Product malfunction or failure to operate as intended.
- Missing components or accessories.
Please note that issues related to product quality, such as the fragrance not meeting expectations or the perfume not being long-lasting, are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and must include the original invoice.
To be eligible for an exchange, the products must remain unopened and unused.
Note: The final decision on all exchanges rests with the designated person in charge.
